Cookie policy
Last updated: August 14, 2026
This site uses the bare minimum of cookies needed to work and to understand, in aggregate, how people navigate it. We use no advertising or tracking-network cookies.
What cookies are
They are small files a site stores in your browser to remember information between pages: for example, the language you chose, or the fact that your session is still open.
Cookies we use
| Cookie | What it does | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Visit identifier | A random code, with no personal data, that lets us count a visit across several pages as a single session. It is not matched against any other database and is never shared. | 1 year |
| Language | Remembers whether you prefer the site in Spanish, English or Portuguese so we do not have to ask again. | 1 year |
| Session | Keeps the thread of your visit while you complete a booking. It is essential for the form to work. | 8 hours of inactivity |
| Form security | Protects forms against fraudulent submissions from other sites. Without it you could not book securely. | For the duration of the session |
What we do NOT use
We do not use Google Analytics, social network pixels, or any third-party tool that profiles visitors or builds advertising audiences. There are no ad networks or data brokers on this site.
Our analytics is our own: the data stays on our server, the IP address is stored anonymised and everything is deleted automatically after 90 days. We use it only to learn which pages are useful and to improve the service.
How to control them
You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings. Bear in mind that if you block the session and security cookies, the booking form will stop working.
Because we use no advertising or third-party cookies, you do not need to give any additional consent to browse this site.
Changes
If in future we add a cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will say so here and ask for your consent before enabling it.
