What we do

We handle the booking of entrance tickets to the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu and we organise tours and packages in Cusco and the Sacred Valley. We show real availability by date and time slot, so you know whether the circuit you want is open before you pay.

We are not the official sales channel of the Peruvian government, nor a public body. We are a travel agency that books and manages on behalf of the traveller, and we charge a service fee for that work, always shown separately from the official ticket price.

Why book in advance

Machu Picchu has a daily capacity limit set by the Peruvian Ministry of Culture, and tickets are personal, with a fixed date and entry time. In high season the most popular circuits and the mountains (Huayna Picchu, Machu Picchu Mountain) sell out weeks ahead.

Booking early is the only way to secure the circuit and time slot you want. Once a slot is gone, no agency can create a new one.

How we work

For entrance tickets we show live availability and confirm the booking in your name, using the identity document details you provide.

For tours and packages we work by request: you send an enquiry with your date and number of travellers, and an advisor checks availability and confirms with you before any charge is made.

We provide support in Spanish, English and Portuguese, and all our prices are shown in US dollars (USD).

Our commitment

• Price transparency: you will always see how much is the official ticket and how much is our service fee.
• Real availability: we do not sell slots that do not exist, nor promise dates we have not confirmed.
• Minimal data: we only ask for the information the personal ticket requires, and we never use it for advertising.
• Human support: behind the automated assistant there is always a person you can ask to speak to.
